Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Esther's Chamber for your skincare needs. We respect every guest's time and would like to communicate out of respect to all guest the following: Please respect your scheduled appointment time by showing up no earlier and no later than 15 minutes to your appointment time. Please come to your scheduled appointments alone, we cannot accommodate waiting guests. In many cases, postcare for treatment management at home will be communicated after treatment. We purpose to foster a safe and respectful environment, therefore, (1) no weapons of any kind are allowed into our facility, (2) refrain from using insolent and/or foul language; (3) excessive cancellations will require payment in full upon booking, (4) clients are required to fill out client consultation forms at each visit.
