Welcome to Esther’s Chamber Bath & Spa House (“The Chamber,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By becoming a member or creating an account, you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) which govern your access to and use of our membership portal, website, and services.

These Terms ensure clarity and fairness between members and The Chamber. Please read carefully before registering.

Eligibility

Membership is open to individuals 18 years of age or older. By registering, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete. Any misuse, falsification, or fraudulent activity may result in immediate suspension or termination of your membership.

Account Access

Members are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials and any activities that occur under their account. If you suspect unauthorized access, please contact us via Esther's Chamber chat. You will need to provide verification of your membership before receiving assistance. We respect and protect the identity of all our royal members.

Membership Privileges

Membership provides access to curated offers, seasonal updates, exclusive events, and spa content. These privileges are:

• Non-transferable and for personal use only.

• Subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at any time.

• Governed by the same Booking, Cancellation, and Service Policies that apply to all guests.

• New Membership Sign-up = 50pts

• Attend a service = 7pts

• Birthday Celebration  = 25pts

• Book Seasonal Treatments = 15pts

• Buy Retail Every $1 spent = 1 point

• Redeem 300pts = $25 towards any Spa Service or Retail

• Refer A Friend = 5pts + 15% Off any Service or Retail

Points and discounts do not rollover past one year.

Purchases & Payment

All retail and service purchases made through your member account are processed through Esther’s Chamber Bath & Spa House.

• Payments must be completed before services are rendered.

• All transactions are subject to our Return Policy and Shipping Terms.

• Prices, promotions, and availability are subject to change without notice.

Cancellations & Service Use

Members must follow The Chamber’s established 48-hour cancellation policy. Deposits are non-refundable.
Two consecutive cancellations or a “no-show” will require full prepayment for future bookings. Repeated policy violations may affect membership status. Failure to comply with these terms may result in suspension or loss of privileges.

Privacy & Data Protection

Your privacy is essential to us. All information collected through our member portal is managed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which details how we handle personal and payment information.

We do not sell or share your personal data. Information is used solely for service provision, communication, and maintaining your membership record.

Communication Consent

By joining, you agree to receive electronic communications regarding appointments, promotions, and member updates. You may opt out of marketing emails at any time without affecting your membership status.

Suspension or Termination

Esther’s Chamber Bath & Spa House reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership at its discretion for:

• Violation of these Terms or other spa policies

• Abusive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior

• Fraudulent activity or misuse of membership privileges

You may cancel your membership at any time by contacting us directly.

Limitation of Liability

The Chamber is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from the use or inability to use member services, website content, or offers. All services are provided “as available.”

We may update these Terms & Conditions periodically. Continued use of your account or benefits constitutes acceptance of the most recent version. Members are encouraged to review this page regularly for updates.
