Cancellations, Tardiness, & No-Show's Policy We require 48 hours’ notice for all cancellations. Deposits are non-refundable. Two consecutive cancellations will require full payment at the time of booking. No-shows will be billed for the scheduled service. Late arrivals may result in shortened treatment time or forfeiture of the appointment.
