Cancellations, Tardiness, & No-Show's Policy We require 48 hours’ notice for all cancellations. Deposits are non-refundable. Two consecutive cancellations will require full payment at the time of booking. No-shows will be billed for the scheduled service. Late arrivals may result in shortened treatment time or forfeiture of the appointment. No Weapons Policy For the safety and comfort of all guests and staff, weapons of any kind are not permitted inside Esther’s Chamber Bath & Spa House. This includes firearms, knives, or any item that may be considered a weapon, regardless of permit or license. We kindly ask all guests to respect this policy to ensure a peaceful and relaxing environment for everyone. Royal Community Appreciation Discount A 15% Royal Community Appreciation Discount is available for students, educators, medical professionals, first responders, and service members on services and retail purchases of $65 or more before tax. Discount is applied to the remaining balance at checkout and does not apply to deposits. Valid identification required. Cannot be combined with other promotions. Thank You,
